Wuji Gong Inner Energy
A set of eight exercises cultivating a connection between the heart and Dantian (inner connection) that develops a skill for healing using inner energy and self-recovery. This practice has Confucian roots, and was further developed in accord with Huai Xuan principles. The student will learn techniques to connect inner energy and manifest it externally, which can be used with external therapies such as acupuncture.
