In this 7-week transformational intensive, Robert will guide you through the fundamental skills and competencies you’ll need to successfully practice 4 Cycles Qigong for protecting and building your strength, resilience, and immunity.

Module 1: Cycle 1 — “Supporting the Sky, Raising the Earth” to Improve Posture, Ease Back Pain & Establish a Strong Foundation for Your Qigong Practice
As you begin your journey, Robert will introduce 4 Cycles Qigong and focus on the first cycle, which is about extending your energy upwards and downwards, as if connecting Heaven and Earth.
This opening movement helps improve posture, alleviate back pain, and establish a strong foundational stance.
Robert will explain how to cultivate a sense of self-empowerment through the activation of what he calls the 4 Golden Wheels — the three dantians and the central meridian.
Learn how to identify these four energy centers in your body, and discuss how you can expand the central meridian to connect with the infinite energy of the Universe.

Module 2: Cycle 2 — “Five Damages, Seven Harms, Looking Back” for Cultivating Flexibility & Coordination as You Balance Your Nervous System
Robert will guide you through the second of the 4 Cycles, “Five Damages, Seven Harms, Looking Back” to enhance flexibility and coordination, and bring balance to the nervous system — aiding in the release of built-up tension.
Learn how, by extension of your central meridian and spinal energy, you can refresh your energy and create a strong protective Qi field.
Robert will also introduce twisting and bending movements to stimulate the spine and internal organs.
When you twist and bend in Qigong, you’re reconnecting your mind with your body and releasing stress. These movements send fresh oxygenated blood around the body and up to the brain while gently opening up your spine, back, and shoulders.

Module 3: Cycle 3 — “Opening the Window to Admire the Moon, Drive Away Fire From the Heart” for Breathing More Deeply & Managing Anxiety and Stress
Robert will guide you to explore lateral stretching and stance work, moving through the third of the 4 Cycles, “Opening the Window to Admire the Moon, Drive Away Fire From the Heart.”
This movement opens up the chest and lateral body lines, encouraging deeper breathing and promoting an emotional release that can help manage stress and anxiety.
Learn how the concept of energetic heat indicates an imbalance of emotions that results in anxiety and anger. Robert will share a movement to help you get rid of this emotional imbalance — and why it’s important to be open to receiving.

About Master Robert Peng
Robert Peng, a world-renowned Qigong Master and healer, was born and raised in Hunan, China. At age eight, he began an intensive apprenticeship under the close guidance of the legendary monk Xiao Yao, an enlightened master known for his profound healing ability and martial arts skill. At age 15, Robert endured a 100-day water fast in a small, dark room at a secluded monastery in the remote mountains of Hunan province, which initiated a radical spiritual transformation and awakened amazing healing powers. After pursuing his training quietly while attending university in Changsha, he began to teach publicly at 29, and within five years had trained over 150,000 students all over China, Australia, and the U.S.
