Great Bagels!
This is the second time I’ve ever made bagels (the first time was using a recipe from a popular British cooking show that didn’t work out quite as successfully). I will never eat another store bought or coffee shop bagel again. I gave some bagels to a friend who grew up in an ethnic neighborhood in NYC and she said I “nailed it.” These also freeze well after they are baked. Follow Chef Cass’s clear directions and you can’t miss.
