The concept of the Darkside The term elitefts derives its name from the unconventional strength training methods used by many of the company’s employees during the early years. Elitefts strength coaches and athletes were always looking for new ways of getting stronger, often through the integration strategies used within other disciplines like bodybuilding. These strategies were not common in the powerlifting training dogma of the time. “Darkside” was an appropriate compliment to the world of elitefts’ experimental strength denizens.
Of course, that’s not the only application of the term “Darkside.” It could be a reference to the head space one may enter before taking on big lifts. It could refer to a certain mentality toward competing. It could be many things, but there’s no doubt about it—serious strength training comes with a Darkside.
How does THE DARKSIDE apply to this program?
This is a hybrid way to build strength and size. It is dependent on time-Tested methods have been proven to work in many sports including powerlifting and bodybuilding as well as Crossfit and strongman. They produce amazing results that are extremely fast.
The DARKSIDE is known for its brutality.
Program Details
12 Training provided over several weeks with editable spreadsheets that can be used to track and plan.
4 training days per semaine, with the option to modify for 3-6 days depending on your preferences
