Varied, effective and challenging. The program is very nicely designed and balanced to always demand a lot of you, without being so tough that you feel its goals are unreachable. The program helped me to build muscle everywhere and really made me stronger overall.

The workout is intense and continuously brings me to my limits. Also, the exercises vary a lot, so it is never boring. I miss, however, integrated warm-up and cool-down exercises before and after.

I love Athlean-X Xero because it perfectly matches my lifestyle! I don’t have an access to a gym nearby so I workout more at home, and I personally believe that before someone should lift weights, one should be able to lift themselves. This program is intense and makes me push myself! At first, I didn’t like the Xero Sum workouts which counts your reps and then you have to beat them next week, but after doing it, I can see why Jeff did it: to see personal progress! The only downside to this program is I wish there was an alternative exercise for legs because I injured my right knee and it’s really hard to do lunges or single leg squats when my right knee can’t bare my weight. Other than that, I highly recommend this program for beginners because there’s a beginner level as well, and you can prove that you don’t need weights to see results.
