Bitcoin Explained Course Overview
Following upon the foundation built in “Introduction to Cryptocurrency,” we open the hood of Bitcoin and take a deeper dive. After looking at the genesis of arguably the most famous and valuable cryptocurrency in the world, we examine in detail the two most often mentioned issues with Bitcoin, those being interoperability and scalability, as well as what is being done to address these issues. Then, we build a case that Bitcoin may become part of the asset allocation universe for institutional investors, much like stocks and bonds. Lastly, we think about how mutual funds, pensions, and governments could invest in the cryptocurrency via Bitcoin futures and ETFs.
