144 Strategies for Success and Happiness is my favorite Andrew Matthews book because it’s the most sensible among the three that I’ve read. If you’re looking for success and happiness, this might be an enlightening read. I felt so refreshed and positive after reading this book. There are a lot other inspirational books, but it’s hard to find something that isn’t just plain cheesiness. I love the book and I really recommend it to those who have confusions in their career.

144 Strategies for Success and Happiness may not be able to magically turn your life around but you will surely find some strategies here that will make you feel better about yourself and your life. If you’re going through a tough time, you can probably use a tip or two from this book to feel a little bit better. If you try practicing most of the “strategies” here, I’m pretty sure you will be more positive and more cheerful.

144 Strategies for Success and Happiness is my favorite Andrew Matthews book, and one of my favorite self-help books. It’s awesome! I really like the way Andrew discusses happiness and success. He does so without making me feel pressured or small. Some self-help books tend to make me feel unsure of the way my life is going, and they tend to make me feel worthless instead of encouraging me. This one is different. Also, everything is streamlined. It’s not a very difficult read where I have to read so many details in order to get to the core. This one is a lot easier because I only need to read and remember the 144 strategies Andrew listed down. And it really helps too. These aren’t just theoretical stuff you wouldn’t have any idea how to put into action. These are more of practical stuff that you really need to practice and get used to if you want a bigger chance to succeed in life.
