Exploring the Essential Features of “Andrew Tatarsky – The Seven Tasks of Integrative Harm Reduction Psychotherapy (IHRP): Practical Skills & Strategies – PESI”
Speaker: Andrew Tatarsky, PhD
Format: Audio and Video
Media Type: Digital Seminar
Description
The integrative harm reduction model of therapy practically helps address how trauma and addiction intersect and how to treat both in therapy β without requiring abstinence, pre-conditions to treatment, or imposing pre-conceived values or agendas that can often de-rail treatment of addictions. This session will focus on implementing IHRPβs seven therapeutic tasks. We will demonstrate and practice practical skills and strategies associated with each task that participants can bring to their work.
