David Carfagno, DO is board certified in internal medicine and sports medicine. Dr. Carfagno received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Arizona State University. He received his Doctor of Osteopathy from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in primary care sports medicine at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Carfagno is board certified by both the American Board of Ringside Physicians (American College of Sports Medicine/ACSM) and the American Board of Ringside Medicine for USA Boxing. He is also a ACSM certified Health and Fitness Instructor. Dr. Carfagno is a clinical preceptor for the University of Arizona College of Nurse Practitioner and a clinical assistant professor for Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine.
