Meet Your Experts
David Dadiomov, PharmD, BCPP, is a clinical assistant professor of clinical pharmacy in the Titus Family Department of Clinical Pharmacy. In this role, he has worked to establish novel clinical pharmacy services for patients experiencing homelessness, incarcerated patients, and those with severe mental illness and addiction disorders. As a board-certified clinical psychiatric pharmacist, Dr. Dadiomov works both in direct patient care and allied health settings, to treat high-risk patients. He has led, co-led, and conducted extensive research on opioid use disorders among vulnerable populations, high-risk prescription opioid use, therapeutic drug monitoring, and treatment-resistant psychiatric conditions. Dr. Dadiomov is the recipient of multiple awards for clinical excellence, teaching, and innovation. He has presented, authored, and co-authored multiple peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, and scientific presentations.
Stephanie Shafer, MSN, ANP-BC, PMHNP-BC, has accumulated over 14 years dedicated to serving as a nurse practitioner, with work experience in psychiatry, primary care, and surgery. Her educational background includes graduate studies at UCLA, followed by a specialized post-master’s degree in psychiatric mental health from The Johns Hopkins University. For a decade, Stephanie has provided outpatient psychiatry services, particularly specializing in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and trauma treatment. Her expertise in this domain has extended to national speaking engagements. She is also the founder of Neurobehavioral Health and Wellness, which is a private mental health clinic in Lansing, Michigan where Stephanie collaborates with Dr. Brandon Francis, MD. The practice focuses on integrative psychiatry, TBI management, and approaches to overall health and well-being.
Stacia Woodcock, PharmD, and clinical cannabis pharmacist in New York City. After receiving her PharmD from the University of Kentucky, Dr. Woodcock served as a clinical specialty pharmacist with an emphasis in medication therapy management, as well as fertility and women’s issues. Dr. Woodcock became a dedicated cannabis clinician after seeing first-hand the ability of medical cannabis to reduce the polypharmacy rampant in today’s society and significantly improve patient outcomes with minimal side effects.
