Description
Themes developed in the series include: the ability to fully bend and straighten the knees improving the ability to bear weight efficiently and comfortably for standing and walking and the importance of the feet for healthy knees and ankles. Improvement in the functioning of the legs is always achieved in the context of the efficient use of the whole self.

I have been studying Feldenkrais lessons an hour a day for nearly a year. They have changed my body amazingly. However, I had some knee pain and swelling still-I am an avid equestrian and martial artist. This set of lessons (Both volumes) helped immediately and tremendously. I had a “body memory” sensation of an injury to the achilles tendon some forty years ago, and that seems to have been the start for habituation. I am thrilled with the results and will be redoing the lessons often.
