Elizabeth Pecoraro, MS, RDN, is a registered dietitian nutritionist, food allergy expert, and cookbook author. She has a private practice, working with clients with and without food allergies. Elizabeth has a master’s degree from Columbia University in Nutrition and Applied Psychology. She is the author of The Allergy-Friendly Cookbook, which provides families with a variety of top 9 allergen-free meal ideas. Elizabeth is also a mom of two children with multiple food allergies, so she realizes how overwhelming it can be to navigate feeding your child safely and also nutritiously.
