Exploring the Essential Features of “Eric Helms – KIZEN Nutrition for Lifters”
Are You Where You Want To Be?
This isn’t meant to be some deep philosophical question. Are you where you want to be physique wise? Are you happy with the development of your body from lifting? It is a very straight forward question.
If the answer is no, the next question I would ask would be βare you doing everything in your power to move towards your goals?β A lot of us might think we ARE but a closer examination reveals there is A LOT of room for improvement.
Let’s take nutrition for example.
By now most people are familiar with the concept of flexible dieting. The idea is that for body composition purposes, the calorie/macronutrient breakdown is far more important than the source of food. To build muscle, you need to be in a calorie surplus. To lose weight, you need to be in a deficit. Simple, right?
Wrong.
While both of the above statements are true, to OPTIMIZE your body composition, you need to know more. A lot more. Do you know what your maintenance calories are? Or what about the ideal amount of calories for you to eat to build mainly muscle and minimize fat gain? Do you respond better to eating more carbs or more fats? What about micronutrients, what should you be focusing on?
These seemingly simple questions all add up. And if you aren’t making the right choices, you could be accidentally sabotaging your goals. It might take far longer to get to where you want to be and you might not end up looking how you want.
Who wants that?
Let’s fix this. This is why we have created these two fully fleshed out nutrition programs for lifters. The idea is to take the guesswork out of your body composition. To give you the tools necessary to understand how YOUR body works and adjust all these important variables to OPTIMIZE your body composition.
Why be good when you can be great?
We’ve partnered up for these two programs with the legendary Dr. Eric Helms. Eric is a renown natural bodybuilding coach who helped popularize flexible dieting for the masses. Working closely with him, we’ve created a complete system to properly OPTIMIZE your nutrition. This means teaching you everything you need to know and giving you all the tools necessary to get the physique you want.
Now, I’ve mentioned that there are two programs. The first is Nutrition To Get Lean. This contains everything you need to know to keep your muscle mass while leaning out. The second is Nutrition To Build Muscle. This contains everything you need to know to build the most amount of muscle while not getting fat. Really, the two programs fit extremely well together, which is why we bundle them together. And as a bonus, when you get both programs, we include 8 meal full plans for free!
I’ve said before that these programs are designed to give you control of your nutrition and really dial it in for YOU. But what’s included?
What The Bundle Includes:
1. Kizen Nutrition Coach Excel (Bulking And Fatloss)
This ain’t your dad’s macro calculator. This Excel contains all the variable manipulations necessary to figure out how to eat properly for YOU. It is probably the most thorough Excel for Nutrition (regarding body composition), out there. This includes finding out the optimal carb/fat ratio, automatic adjustments if you stall, determining the appropriate rate of weight loss/muscle gain for your body and more. This Excel takes into account your progress to adjust as necessary for the coming weeks. Consider it like having a nutrition coach, without the recurring cost.

βIβve wanted to find a way to both simplify and make my nutrition guidelines for both gaining and cutting easier to turn into action, while still providing an appropriate level of basic information and the right mental perspective…and Iβm proud to say we pulled it off. With a fantastic spreadsheet developed by Bryce Lewis that sets up your initial nutrition specs and handles ongoing adjustments, sample meals plans from the RD Steve Taylor and lastly, the input from Omar in the troubleshooting videos based on our combined experience, Iβm confident we created a nutrition program that can help any lifter maximize their muscle gaining or fat loss efforts.β
