STEEL MACE YOGA | A β Z FOLLOW ALONG TRAINING provides 26 workouts, one for each letter of the alphabet. All videos provides movements, rounds/reps, and coaching ques (written) as well as one round of follow along demonstration.
What is Steel Mace Yoga A-Z Workouts?
This STEEL MACE YOGA A-Z Follow Along program has separate Bodyweight Yoga and Steel Mace Yoga videos programmed for training with reps and rounds. The movements will challenge you physically building strength, stability, balance, mobility and range of motion. This program will also challenge you mentally by demanding mindful movement while creating deeper focus and coordination skills. Steel Mace Yoga takes Yoga and Strength Training to a deeper level for a complete full body workout.
The program starts by alternating Steel Mace and Bodyweight exercises every letter, and progresses to using both towards the end of the alphabet.
Meet your Team Leader
Erin began training alongside Erik βEsikβ Melland, the founder of Viking Ninja Training . The two formed an unbreakable bond- Esik began mentoring Erin, providing her with the knowledge he has gained through training and life experience. Erin has a deep skill in understanding bodyweight, boxing, steel mace, and other various non-traditional martial arts training, which evolved into the creation and development of Steel Mace Yoga. Erin created the first ever Steel Mace Yoga curriculum in 2017.
Erin has dedicated to herself to yoga, fitness, the evolution of self + spiritual awareness, and seeks to bring these concepts into every steel mace yoga class.
