I use SO Chord for Candle Focus. Staring in the black Part of the Flame. Without moving my Body.
It takes about 4-5 min, to come in a trance state. This is very fast.
No Thinking! Only the Dark of the Flame! After That I lay down Blindfolded and visualize my Affirmation List without any Sound, or with “Dreamseed” . For staying in a Trance, move as less as possible.
For that I Use my iPod . More Information to Candle Focus can be found in the Book of Rohald Dahl:

OMG!!! This is just as bizarre an experience as Gateway.

I LOVE it. It teach you that not only are you able to manipulate your visual perception (such as the picture where it is a you d woman and/or old lady) but you can change your auditory perception. You can hear it as a whole, 1 wave, 2 wave, 3 wave, you can pull it to you and it sounds louder and you can push it away and it becomes softer. Each time I listen something new happens. Music or singing not on the recording, StaticWhite noise intelligent signals. Love this!!!!!

I’ve not had the experience of the Gateway series (too expensive right now for me) so the review that stated it was as bizarre an experience as Gateway sold me. I love the “SO” Chord … maybe more than Shaman’s Heart and Synaptic Exploration. I actually do this meditation twice a day, morning and evening.
