still absorbing this book hoping it will come in handy when I purchase my first home. But I wanted to know exactly what I was getting into first.

THERE ARE BETTER BOOKS TO BUY I WILL HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER BOOK
This book only goes down to 4 percent and not lower . Interest rates are still lower than that even now so the book is useless in the current lending market .
