Jesse Lillejord, DC
Dr. Jesse Lillejord attended undergrad with a focus on chemistry – becoming Analytical Chemistry Student of the Year her third year and assisting her organic chemistry professor in O-Chem lab. Dr. Jesse was also a collegiate runner at her undergrad college. As she was immersed in the world of movement and science, she gravitated toward a graduate program that combined those same interests – chiropractic. She graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2009. Shortly thereafter she married and had two children of her own. This transition into the world of motherhood created a passion for perinatal and pediatric care. She created the first specialty chiropractic clinic in the state – CHIRO FOR MOMS in 2018 with the creation of CHIRO FOR KIDZ to follow in 2020. Cassidy Vitzthum, DC
Dr. Cassidy Vitzthum grew up in a small town in northern Iowa. She started college as a student athlete, participating in track and field at Morningside College. She completed an undergraduate degree in exercise science from the University of Iowa in 2019. During the earlier years of undergrad, she was pursuing a career in western medicine, spending time as a medical scribe in various medical settings. After many eye-opening experiences, she made the decision to shift to chiropractic She completed her schooling at Northwestern Health Sciences while focusing on her passion for women’s health and pediatric care. Throughout school, she worked as a marketing and chiropractic intern at CHIRO FOR MOMS & CHIRO FOR KIDZ, which ultimately prepared her for the role she has today as a prenatal & pediatric chiropractic specialist. The clinic encompasses everything she is passionate about by catering to busy women and children and providing a space for her to grow as a compassionate clinician. Elissa Cohen, PT
Dr. Elissa Cohen attended undergrad at Luther College in Decorah, IA, where she swam all four years. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology with the goal of attending physical therapy school. She had intentions of working as a sports physical therapist, working specifically with athletes. She graduated from University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse in 2011 with her Doctor of Physical Therapy and worked in general outpatient orthopedics for eight years. She grew interested in women’s health and hormonal health due to her own health struggles and decided to combine her loves of movement and women’s health and pursue a pelvic health certification. Shortly before attending the pelvic health certifications, she became pregnant with her first child. This certainly sparked her passion to treat women and moms even further in order to hold and support women in this unique time in their lives. She joined the Chiro for Moms team in 2023 and started Pelvic Floor for Moms to specifically serve women nd moms and to help demystify pelvic health and be a resource to women in this stage of their lives. Jessica Roth, DC
Dr. Jessica Roth grew up in a very small farming town in the middle of Saskatchewan, Canada. She then moved to the capital of Saskatchewan, Regina, where she then completed an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology (Human Kinetics) at the University of Regina. She then obtained her diploma in massage therapy at the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy Inc in Regina. After working as a personal trainer and massage therapist for 4 years, she then moved to Minnesota to pursue a career in Chiropractic. The move to the United States was the best decision she has ever made, here she was able to specialize in prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric care at CHIRO FOR MOMS & CHIRO FOR KIDZ. Dr. Abby Beedle grew up in Eden Prairie, MN, where she was a competitive dancer and cross-country skier. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Kinesiology. Her love for understanding anatomy and human biomechanics stemmed from her years of dance and passion for healing the body from the inside out. Growing up she always knew she wanted to become a doctor, little did she know how that path would pan out for her.
