Ayurveda Amritanam Learning Center
Rose Carol is the director and founder of Ayurveda Amritanam Learning Center and has been an Ayurveda Health Educator and Ayurveda Panchakarma Bodyworker for over 35 years. She is a Shaka Vansya Lineage Ayurveda Practitioner and Educator who mentored with internationally renowned Ayurvedic Physician, Vaidya Ramakant Mishra and is Ayurveda certified by Bhavana Institute of Ayurveda and Yoga. She studied Vedic Sciences at Maharishi International University in the 1980’s and taught meditation throughout the 1990’s, administered Panchakarma (ayurvedic body therapies) and taught and created Ayurveda Curriculums at Healing Arts Institute, Sacramento California and Northeastern Illinois University, Chicago. In addition, she is licensed professional counselor with an M.A. in clinical counseling that integrates Ayurveda with Counseling.
OVERVIEW
In this knowledge packed 12 lesson (24 hour) course you will discover how to balance all the elements in your body earth, water, air, space, and fire, explore the 20 qualities found in nature and how they can be experienced in the physical body for greater health and interconnection, learn about digestion and elimination (ama and ojas), learn about the daily routine and how to live harmony with the cycles of the Sun and Moon for greater digestion, sleep, and joyful living. Ayurvedic diet and nutrition along with recipes and a downloadable workbook journal to track your progress and personal growth makes this course a game changer for greater well-being. This is prerequisite for attending more advanced classes. If you are a new to Ayurveda, this is a perfect in depth introduction to all the basic principles along with practice daily tips.
