Here is where the “meat of the course” begins. If you could be sitting in a classroom with Ryan as the teacher – this is the Training Module. You’ll get all the information and tools from years and years of successful results with clients to begin your workouts.
The nutrition section comes with a video as well as a nutrition calculator. I put my age, weight, height info into it, and I got three types of diet: Mass Gaining, Recomposition and Weight Loss. It’s a totally different diet – one that is livable. If you have been reading diets for working out, and are tired of egg whites, white chicken and broccoli – Ryan had flipped that upside down. Hint: pizza and ice cream.
One of the other cool things is you can leave a comment on each of the pages, and you’ll get an answer – one of the main reasons you should get this program – you actually get to work with a live person!
Next is Supplementation. A lot of MD’s tell you supplementation is silly, or stupid, and all it gives you is “expensive urine”. This is where you look at the person giving you the advice: Ryan or an MD. If your MD is as ripped as Ryan, and they have a way of achieving that, interview them, write it all down and create the product. If not – I suggest you drop that “old wives tale” and pay close attention the the Muscle Matrix way of doing things – remember this is from over 7 years of successful training with hundreds of actors and athletes.
The exercise library.
Here’s where you get the videos of Ryan doing each of the exercises he lays out in the course. If you have never been to a gym, or worked with a trainer – these videos will explain a lot. The only thing you are missing is Ryan standing next to you to make sure you have the proper form – which is why I suggest you have a mirror available during your workout (if possible) to make sure you mimic the proper stance and body motions he uses.
