My Story to Quick Success as a Trainer
At 18 my athletic career was derailed by a devastating ACL injury. This setback sparked a fire to regain my athleticism & helped me train myself to a 38″ vertical within 3 years post surgery at 21 years old by by forcing me to LEARN OBSESSIVELY (& still does).
By the age of 20 I was already training professional athletes, making a full-time income from both in-person and especially online coaching.
At 22 I bought force plates to up my training & knowledge even more.
I did this through daily reading, taking courses, listening to podcasts and having conversations with mentors & coaches while spending a lot of time in the trenches coaching athletes, even for free just to gain experience.
