At the time I received Shaes presence training I was going through some very upsetting circumstances including a breakup and major work issues. I was getting significant anxiety with negative thoughts, especially at night when I was going to bed. I’m talking heart beating crazy hard and shallow breaths, worrying thoughts, etc. Listening to the presence recording would calm me down and eliminate my anxiety within a few minutes. The combination of the sounds and the meanings got me out of all my negativity and just get back to neutral.
