Lesson Description:

Sifu Fernandez teaches you his version of the wooden dummy form. Connecting the work and research of various lineages into making it a more complete version.

The main difference in his form and mainstream WC forms is that he increases your work load by working both sides of the body as equally as possible.

Not only do we look at the form and the initial applications to combat but we also look at how the wooden dummy form helps you with footwork, coordination, perfecting your technique and redirecting the force always to the centre of the trunk (chong).

The form also helps you by the means of correct angulations – how to increase the body’s awareness on using more than one component of the body simultaneously.
