Difficult relationships are often confusing. This disorder, rather than the content differences, often keeps us from finding resolution. Learn a simple, yet detailed, content-free process to sort out this unconscious confusion, reach clarity, understand other’s experience, and spontaneously change perceptions and responses to become more resourceful. A demonstration will be given.

- To describe how to become objective about what is happening in a difficult relationship.
- To describe how to develop detailed accurate empathy and understanding for another person’s experience.

Steve Andreas, NLP, is an American psychotherapist and author specializing in Neuro-linguistic programming. With his wife and partner Connirae, they are the co-editors and/or authors of many NLP books (both classics from the early days of the field, and new innovations) and over fifty NLP articles.
