Disk 3: Full Training Plan and Training Materials
This CD-ROM is compatible with Mac and PC. It contains an 8-Week / 25-Session Training Program that you can follow while swimming. These sessions are structured and break up the monotony of continuous swimming sessions. They help you to focus on improving your swimming technique and provide drill sets and exercise sessions.
The Training Program strikes the right balance between technique training, and fitness training. This program can be combined with the DVDs for a great way to improve your swimming speed.
Within the Training Program there are 3 levels to choose from – Novice, Intermediate and Advanced – one will be perfect for you!
