About Dr. Peter M. Vishton: Dr. Peter M. Vishton is an Associate Professor of Psychology at The College of William & Mary. He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and Cognitive Science from Cornell University. With a rich background, including teaching at Northwestern University and directing programs at the National Science Foundation, Dr. Vishton is a consulting editor for the journal Child Development. His extensive research, published in renowned journals such as Psychological Science and Science, focuses on various aspects of psychology, including cognitive, perceptual, and motor development.
