INSTRUCTOR
Venus Lau
Venus Lau, NASM-CPT, is a movement and mobility specialist, certified trainer, coach, yoga teacher and fitness model. Her movement style is influenced by Animal Flow as well as yoga, calisthenics, primal movement and bodyweight training. Since 2007, she has helped clients of all ages and abilities find the power of the body-mind-soul connection to achieve their fitness goals. Venus is based in Los Angeles and teaches at workshops, events and private retreats around the world.
