Exercise Library & Programs
I don’t expect you to just take the principles and immediately know what to do. That takes a bit of practice and repetition over time. I will give you plenty of example programs designed for all sorts of different individual presentations and needs.
Also, this course comes with an exercise library of very detailed videos recorded in 4K quality to make it very easy to learn and best execute the exercises.
Visual & Practical Learning
Despite this being an online course, I prioritize visual explanations through various models to help guide your understanding. There is also extensive hands-on work as I guide you through coaching and cueing both assessments and exercises.
Why should I take this course rather than do one of your programs?
If you have been following my content, you may be aware I have several popular programs that are designed to help people feel and move better, such as my Beginner Body Restoration and No B.S. Guide To Anterior Pelvic Tilt.
While those programs are great and have some degree of individualization available in them, they can only be tailored so much to your own situation. In order to reach a broad audience, those programs are fairly generic.
