- DAY 2: How to Overcome the Challenges You’ll Face Going FullyRaw Vegan. In this video you will learn the main pitfalls you will may encounter, how to best address these issues, and even overcome your worst fears… Not eating enough, Detox, Time management, Support, & Money.
- DAY 3: Addictions, Cravings, Detox, & Getting Over “The Hump”. On this day you will learn what it feels like to have health freedom! You will learn specific tools that will help you to nourish your body and stop punishing yourself with self-sabotaging habits.             Â
- DAY 4: Family & Social Pressures Going FullyRaw. Helpful tools you can use to influence your social circles and also gain strength and confidence in what you are doing.
- ​DAY 5: How to build a healthy exercise routine (physical) and improved emotional (mental) balance on a raw food’s lifestyle. On this day you will learn how to increase your athletic performance and improve your physique. What does it mean to listen to your body? We will also discuss what it means to have deep emotional cleansing and healing in this lifestyle as well.
- DAY 6: How to achieve a deeper level of self-love. On this day you will learn all of the aspects of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I will discuss why gratitude is so important, and I will share visualizations and meditations you can do daily on your journey.
- DAY 7: How to make a raw food’s lifestyle work for you long-term. Day sevens lesson will include all of my knowledge and wisdom I have learned over a decade of eating FullyRaw, and how I have been able to do this successfully.
