Exploring the Essential Features of “Thoracic Spine & Regional Interdependence to Enhance Outcomes – Frank Layman”
Regional interdependence is the underutilized link to better outcomes. When you acknowledge the biomechanical and functional role of the thoracic spine in neck, shoulder/back and hip dysfunction, you enhance your evaluation and treatment. Explore global assessments that identify biomechanical deficits faster alongside multimodal techniques to improve mobility, biomechanics, flexibility, and posture. You’ll learn effective therapeutic exercise to decrease pain, stiffness, tightness and enhance clinical outcomes.
